After watching this video I realize that in trinidad and tobago or institution are not self sustaining, for example pantrinbago every year has to ask government for money to run the panorama competition, which in my book makes no sense especially when this event brings in a lot of revenue, the fact that copy right issues could have a major part to do with that aspect is true.what was also interesting about this is the fact that one of the speakers said that the ministers of culture /governments need to have a plan or a concept before they enter the cultural circle , also,that they just cant be changing thi gs without proper thought process
